It will take 5 minutes to walk to Shenton Park Village where you will find a well-stocked convenience store 24 hours (IGA The Good Grocer), chemist, gift store and well known Lawley’s Cafe and other speciality stores.  Across the road from Kings Park and just a few minutes walk to Rosalie Primary School and Onslow Tennis Club.   We are also located close to West Perth, Nedlands and Crawley, The New Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and Hollywood Private Hospital (5-minute walk across the park) and The University of Western Australia (UWA) (5 Min by local bus).
