By booking accommodation with us you acknowledge that you are subject to, and agree to abide by, this Short Rental Agreement. If you choose not to agree then you should cancel your booking immediately. All bookings for accommodation are made in good faith by you the Guest and us, the accommodation provider. It is our aim to provide you with good and accurately listed accommodation.
We advise all Guests to take out holiday/travel insurance in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time. Any booking cancelled by us with receive a full refund. There will be no further liability for cancelled bookings regardless of the situation.
We will always aim to provide the exact accommodation including all facilities, as advertised on our listings. Sometimes there will be slight changes such as different linens or furniture provided which are of little or no consequence.
We cannot take responsibility for the disruption of any services such as Water, Power, Internet or other services which are outside of our control. If we are made aware, in advance, of any upcoming disruptions the we will notify you immediately so you can make alternative arrangements.
Check in is from 2pm and check out is by 10am unless otherwise arranged. We often have to accommodate same day check ins and our Cleaners require time to prepare the accommodation for the incoming Guests.
House Rules
All guests must be registered. Only registered guests can stay at the property.
Extra guests must be declared and paid for and not exceed the max number of guests allowed.
Strictly no smoking - penalty is a $300 deep cleaning fee.
No parties/events.
No loud noise or behaviour which may cause disturbance to any neighbours. Strict quiet time between 10pm and 7am.
No pets.
Any breaking of house rules during your stay may result in the remainder of your booking being cancelled without any refund.
If parking is available at the property then please only park in the bays we instruct you to park in - this information should be in your check in details. Parking isn't always available.
The property must be left in the same good and clean condition as it was when you arrived. Excessive cleaning of the property and/or linens will be charged to you at cost of $45 p/hr.
For direct bookings, a $250 Refundable Security Deposit must be paid. This needs to be paid before check in. Any damages or excessive cleaning charges will be retained from the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be refunded back to you within 7 days of your departure, if no damages have been found. All properties are cleaned and checked as soon as possible (usually on your check out day) after departure and any possible charges will be notified to you the Guest as quickly as possible.
